Committed to Responsible Precious Metals Trading

At Pure Gold Trader LLC, we are fully committed to operating in accordance with U.S. anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We uphold the standards set forth by the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and FinCEN guidance for precious metals dealers.

Our AML Policy Includes:
1. Customer Identification Program (CIP)

We require all clients to provide valid identification before conducting bullion transactions. This includes:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • For business accounts: EIN and incorporation documents
2. Recordkeeping & Reporting

We retain full records of transactions and may file mandatory reports including:

  • Form 8300 – for cash transactions over $10,000
  • SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) – if any suspicious patterns are observed
3. Risk-Based Due Diligence

Clients are assessed based on factors such as transaction size, frequency, and origin of funds. Higher-risk profiles undergo enhanced due diligence.

4. Transaction Monitoring

We continuously monitor for unusual activity and attempt to detect structuring or money laundering behaviors. All red flags are logged and reviewed by our compliance officer.

5. Employee Training

Our team receives ongoing AML compliance training to ensure all protocols are followed and regulatory risks are managed effectively.
